Telemu No. 57 Hotel and Apartments

A 3.5-4 star hotel conveniently located within the Airport City Precinct in Port Moresby.

The Planpac team met the client's vision of creating a safe, secure and efficient hotel design. Adhering to sustainable design principles, the project resulted in little impact on the surrounding living environment.

Location within the Airport City precinct in Port Moresby, the design included 100 hotel rooms with efficient circulation, servicing, view corridors and full-length verandahs. In addition, the design included staff accommodation facilities, building locations reflective of the site topography, and a tropical aesthetic. Facilities inside the hotel included a restaurant, hotel lounge, bar and micro-brewery, multi-functional meeting rooms, BBQ area and media room. A swimming pool and surrounding desk with seating and BBQ areas completed the functional and inviting space.
