Planpac worked with the National Airport Corporation to bring their vision for Rabaul Tokua to life to enhance the airports core aviation function. Key to the masterplan is a balance of commercial and industrial uses to satisfy the needs of a rapid expanding tourism, fisheries and mining sectors.

The 616 hectare total site is located in Kopoko, East New Britain. Over 466 hectares is for greenfield land development opportunity across 12 precincts. Planpac Group’s team of experts were the Principal Consultant for the project. Providing consulting services for strategic land use master planning, design and production, stakeholder and community consultation, with massing designs for each of the 12 precincts.
