Planpac Group were engaged to provide CMS Prime Contractor Services for the refurbishment of the National Museum & Art Gallery in Port Moresby. PGF were tasked by the Australian High Commission to deliver an internal redesign and refurbishment of the Masterpiece Gallery and the Independence Gallery as well as minor external works to enhance visitor experience in time for the APEC conference.  Acting as Prime Contractor, Planpac undertook scoping, engagement and management of multiple construction trade packages.

·        Asbestos Removal

·        Initial QS Cost Plan

·        Completion of Early Works Construction

·        Execute building material supply subcontract

·        Construction reporting

·        Final QS Cost Plan

·        Completion of Construction

·        Project Handover, O&M Manuals and taking over certificate
