Essential infrastructure and governance additions to a rapidly growing province in PNG.

The newly formed Hela Province is rich in heritage, agriculture and minerals. With access to unique oil and gas reserves, the province is home to the billion kina Exxon Mobil PNG LNG project. The Provincial Government is underway with a series and infrastructure and building projects that will provide the important foundations to support a rapidly growing area.

The masterplan developed for the 1.45Ha total site area in addition with the proposed building area totals approximately 4,000sqm. Building, civil and infrastructure works are estimated at L35 million. Planpac Group are engaged to be the principal consultant and manage the design and project services.

Specifically, Planpac provides the site masterplan and sub precinct plans. Within this is the architectural building design for the two-storey commercial office building, retail and commercial precinct, bank building, police headquarters, six residential houses in a gated estate, security control centre and all ancillary buildings and structures.
