Nigibata Central Masterplan

A large scale master plan providing a community hub and essential services in Nigibata, Port Moresby.

Planpac were engaged to provide Masterplanning and Town Planning services for an 85.9 hectare site, located in Nigibata, Port Moresby. The masterplan includes a wide range of essential facilities to benefit residents, such as a shopping complex, service station, commercial offices, and residential areas.

The site will provide a community hub and create employment opportunities during the construction and ongoing development of the site. Located within close proximity to regional facilities and the University of PNG, the development has strategic frontage to key arterial roads. Established direct links between port services, and major industrial and employment centres make it a convenient and secure development. The masterplan design encompasses a mixed-use estate, vibrant commercial hub, and an inviting residential environment.
