Hela Government Commercial Precinct

The newly formed Hela Province is rich in heritage, agriculture, minerals and access to unique oil & gas reserves being the home to the billion kina Exxon Mobil PNG LNG project.  The Provincial Government is implementing a series of Infrastructure & Building Projects to provide the governance required to support a rapidly growing province.  The Masterplan was developed for the 5.2Ha site area with building sites available of 1.7Ha.   

Planpac Group were engaged to provide Principal Consultant & Design Project Management Services including; 

·      Site Masterplan & Sub Precinct Plans

·     Building Design & Documentation for each of the 3 No. 3 Storey Commercial Office Buildings

·      5,400m² of Building Floor Area

·      Design Co-ordination including Sub-Consultants Management

·      Presentation to Provincial Governor & Design & Construction

·      Construction Stage Services & Project Management
