As Managing Director of the Planpac Group, Damien leads the team in Australia and Papua New Guinea with his extensive knowledge and management skills on a range of projects and disciplines. Prior to Planpac, Damien was the former office manager and project coordinator of Plante and Associates Architects. Over 18+ years of design, construction management, and project management expertise has enabled Damien to work on projects with a construction value in excess of AUD $200 million. Damien has received major commercial development commissions for Townsville City Council, Townsville Port Authority, Townsville Airport (CASA), Jupiter’s Limited, Tabcorp and various private development companies. Local construction experience has been essential in Damien’s career to develop economic design solutions and practical sustainable detailing. He provides outstanding and long lasting results that complement and work harmoniously with the built environment. As the nominated project lead, Damien is actively involved in all phases of projects working closely with clients, stakeholders and the project teams to ensure the project is delivered successfully while maintaining the highest of professional standards.
