Airport City in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea addresses the growing needs of the Highlands and Northern provinces.
The NAC’s vision for Airport City is to create a secure business hub which provides a diverse range of commercial opportunities supporting the airports core functions and responds to the evolving development needs of the Highlands and Northern provinces, transport freight, business and mineral sectors.
The Strategic Land Use Masterplan was developed for the 743Ha total site area with Greenfield land development opportunities across 12 precincts. Planpac Group were engaged to provide:
