Recent work includes the Beijing Olympic Baseball 15,000 seat complex with Chinese construction company General Metal Structures. Other notable projects include the Nelly Bay Harbour - Magnetic Island, the Douglas Stage 2 2,500 lot subdivision Townsville, Motukea Harbour and ship building complex Port Moresby to name but
a few.

Geoff Plante has been highly recognised by commissions for masterplanning works for Townsville City by the Queensland Government, Coordinator General.

As managing director of the Planpac Group Pty Ltd and former office manager/project coordinator of Plante and Associates Architects, Damien contributes over 15 years of design, construction management and project management expertise to projects with a construction value of in excess of AUD $200 million. Commissions include major commercial developments for Townsville City Council, Townsville Port Authority, Townsville Airport (CASA), Jupiter’s Limited, TABCORP and various private developing companies.

Damien brings to our team local construction experience and knowledge, economic design solutions and practical sustainable design detailing, to provide outstanding and long lasting results that complement and work harmoniously with the built environment. Damien is actively involved in all commissioned projects from initial brief development through to project complete. Damien coordinates the design team to ensure deliverables are met and design strategies are achieved.

With 12 years experience in industry, Laura has been involved in a number of master planning, health care, residential and commercial projects both locally and internationally. During this period she has developed an expertise in concept design and documentation and of several complex and large projects. Her experience includes total project involvement with an emphasis on delivery of quality contract documentation as a result of her passion and understanding of issues pertaining to design and planning.

Laura has developed skills to monitor project processes and develop communication between team members and relevant stake holders. Her attention to detail and appreciation of team dynamic has enabled her to seamlessly transfer her knowledge to any project type in a professional way, resulting in a quality finished product delivered within time and budget constraints.

Chris brings to the team seventeen years architectural contract documentation and project management experience. He is the recipient of multiple design awards and has an array of experience related to government, educational and cultural facilities.

chris  is also a registered Bers energy efficiency assessor where he can apply his knowledge of energy efficiency systems into a diverse range of projects enabling sustainable design.

With SIX years' experience within the DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION industry, anthony has been involved in numerous residential, industrial, HOSPITALITY and commercial projects AND DELIVERED THE PROJECTS ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET AND TO THE CLIENTS SATISFACTIONS.  during this time WITH PLANPAC ANTHONY has developed an in-depth understanding of the various design and documentation processes, CLIENT MANAGEMENT and ASSISTING WITH BOTH PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.  HIS VARIED COMPETENT ABILITY ALLOWS HIM TO APPLY HIS SKILLS TO PLANPAC'S DIVERSE project portfolio and continues develop within the industry.
